Pole Dynamics

Pole Dynamics is about fitness on a pole. Through Pole Dynamics workouts you will improve muscle tone and definition throughout your entire body especially your abs, butt, thighs, arms and back. Pole Dynamics is a nurturing environment that will increase your strength and fitness, improve your posture, confidence, flexibility make you feel more aligned and help lose weight fast, all while having a fun workout. At Pole Dynamics our instructors are all qualified personal trainers/gym instructors and/or qulaified dance teachers. Our aim is to help people achieve their goals through Pole Fitness, Boxing, Stretch and Pole Conditioning classes to men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes. We have qualified Personal Trainers on site at all times who can assist you with Pole P.T sessions or your reqular gym workout on the personal training equipment within our Pole Studio.
